Such high numbers are not uncommon for beach communities as beach property is much more valuable than regular property. But this is because of the quality of life offered in such towns. Being so close to the golden Florida sun and the sandy white beaches is very appealing to the residents. The cool sea air and the lazy beach afternoons make life in Juno Beach a pleasure to live. The Juno Beach Pier is a location that many residents enjoy year round. It is almost one thousand feet long and is visited by many residents and fishermen daily. The Juno Beach coastline also happens to be one of the highest density nesting areas for sea turtles in the world. The Loggerhead Marine Life Center is an organization dedicated to protecting the sea turtles and their eggs.
